Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of AIHry, a private AI image generation and photo-editing service for adults.

18+ only
You must be at least 18 years old to use AIHry. Images involving minors, or anyone who may reasonably appear to be a minor, are prohibited.

Rights and explicit consent
You may upload only images you own or have the necessary rights to use. If another person appears in a reference image, you must have that person's explicit consent for AI processing. Non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly prohibited.

AI-generated results
AI outputs are synthetic and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected changes. They do not reveal a person's real hidden body and may not perfectly reproduce reality, identity, pose, clothing, or background.

Payments
Any price is shown before payment. Payment unlocks only the product or result described at checkout. A success redirect alone does not prove payment; access may depend on server-side payment verification. Applicable provider terms and refund rules may also apply.

Prohibited use
Do not use AIHry for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, deception, abuse, non-consensual sexual imagery, or infringement of privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety, payment, access, or rate-limit controls.

Service availability
Generation may fail or take longer because AI systems and third-party services can be unavailable. AIHry does not guarantee a particular artistic result.

Your responsibility
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, and how you use or share them. Do not represent synthetic output as authentic evidence.

Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change.
